My stay at Balcones De Bocagrande was a pleasant mix of convenience and comfort. The location is ideal, just a short stroll from the beach and a leisurely 15-minute taxi ride to both the vibrant San Pedro center and the airport. The staff, notably Lina at the front desk and Fred the waiter, were accommodating and provided a sense of safety by offering to hold belongings securely.The room, although lacking in a vault, was spacious and clean with effective air conditioning. The absence of hot water may deter some, yet the hearty breakfast each morning made up for it. The hotel provided basic amenities such as free toiletries and a flat-screen TV, catering to my needs.While Balcones De Bocagrande may not boast extravagant luxury, its affordability and attentive staff make it a suitable choice for budget-conscious travelers seeking a cozy retreat in Cartagena.
